Together Ms. Radnothy and Ms. Aquino bring over 25 years experience in the legal industry, with heavy focus on trial preparations, trial support and legal technician skills. With both large and small firm experience, as well as both plaintiff and defense specializations, Summa Consulting Group offers depth, value and expertise beyond traditional trial support services.
Alicia Aquino is a Trial Technology Consultant and Litigation Paralegal with Summa Consulting Group. Since 2002, Alicia has worked extensively in matters involving insurance defense, personal injury, business litigation, construction defect, medical malpractice, product liability and elder abuse litigation. Alicia's experience also includes four years with a private investigation firm specializing in securities fraud and anti-trust matters. Alicia is well-versed in trial preparation, jury analysis, graphics and trial technology presentation. With experience in numerous trials, Alicia provides expertise in litigation support from start to finish. She also holds a credential as an NCRA Trial Presentation Professional.
Alicia received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management with a minor in Finance from Columbia College. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from UC Davis. Alicia currently holds an Executive Board of Director position with Tom Homann LGBT Law Association. Alicia is a past President of the San Diego Paralegal Association and previously served as Vice President of Programs and Education, Vice President of Membership and Bar Liaison. Alicia is a member of the Trial Advocacy Task Force and LGBTQ Committee of the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego. She is also an active member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, San Diego County Bar Association, La Raza, and Women in e-Discovery. She recently joined the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice.
Kelli Moro Radnothy
Kelli Moro Radnothy is a Litigation Paralegal and Trial Technology Consultant with Summa Consulting Group. With over 16 years in the legal industry, Kelli has developed extensive experience in a multitude of complex business litigation matters and various areas of law. Throughout her tenure, Kelli has supported a variety of trial teams in full litigation, trial preparations, hot seat operations and post-trial procedures. Highly skilled at presenting evidence for proceedings ranging from multi-week Federal trials to ongoing Judicial Review Committee hearings, Kelli is extremely well-versed in litigation and trial technologies, as well as general court procedures and processes.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University, with a minor in Athletic Coaching. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Miramar College in San Diego and an e-Discovery & Litigation Technology Certificate from UCSD Extension. Kelli is an active member with the San Francisco Paralegal Association, Women in e-Discovery, Fresno County Women Lawyers, and WA State Paralegal Association. For many years, Kelli served as a Director for the San Diego Paralegal Association including multiple years on the Executive Committee. Of recent note, Kelli served as faculty for the National Business Institute, Institute for Paralegal Education. She has authored CLE-approved materials and spoke on various topics including trial preparations, effective use of evidence, and mistakes to avoid in trial. Kelli passionately pursues community resource development, access to justice, knowledge sharing, and pro bono opportunities.
